Kodiak Alaskan Adventures recently shared footage of the moment a large sea lion boarded a docked fishing boat and stole a bait box before diving off with it. Oops, that’ll be an unpleasant surprise when the boat owners return.

“We were watching from the docks when this sea lion decided to climb aboard an empty fishing charter boat—and help himself to the bait box!” wrote Kodiak Alaskan Adventures in its Facebook post sharing the footage. “Nobody was on board . . . just one very determined sea lion looking for a free snack. You never know what you’re going to see around Alaska!”
