Viral Video: Bear Steals Watermelon From Parked Car

It’s definitely that time of year—when black bears are looking for easy snacks by breaking into people’s vehicles. Another viral video, this one from Gatlinburg, Tennessee, shows a bear rummaging around inside a parked vehicle. When it finally emerges, the bear has a bag full of watermelon.

Brittany Foreman’s laugh as she saw what the bear was after is perhaps the best part of the video. Foreman was recording from across the street as two men tried to get the bear out of the car. The animal had its heart set on getting that watermelon from the back seat, though, and it wasn’t leaving until it had its prize.
