Bottom line
The 2026 Ethos 20T is the Ethos to shortlist when two travelers want permanent single beds that can become one broad sleeping platform, a rear bathroom wardrobe, and no nightly sofa conversion. Its 20-foot-11-inch body is compact by motorhome standards, but the floorplan asks buyers to accept a small 3.1-cubic-foot refrigerator, a wet bath, limited documented cargo information, and a standard electrical system whose 1,000-watt inverter is not a substitute for shore power or the generator.[1]
Best fit: a couple or solo traveler who values easy bed access, separate sleeping surfaces and a gasoline chassis more than a large refrigerator or four-season independence.
Skip it: shoppers who need a third verified sleeping position, generous off-grid air-conditioning runtime, a dry bath, published unit-specific payload, or a simple one-price buying process.

What the official cross-check found
Entegra's archive landing page is official evidence that previous model years are meant to be browsed there, but at retrieval the 2026 Ethos detail URL redirected to the general archive and no 2026 Ethos card appeared. That prevents a clean page-to-brochure verification and is a source limitation, not permission to fill gaps from another year.[2]
The rolling Ethos page had advanced to 2027. It agrees with the 2026 brochure on 20-foot-11-inch length, RAM ProMaster 3500 chassis, 276-hp/250-lb-ft V6, 24-gallon fuel tank, and the 20T's twin-to-king concept and 3.1-cubic-foot refrigerator.[3] It reports 82.5 inches of width, however, while the 2026 brochure says 83 inches.[1][3] It also calls the current lineup a two-floorplan range while stale page copy still references the 20A, 20E and 20T; the 2026 brochure itself lists all three. Those rolling-page details do not overwrite the 2026 table.
The 2026 brochure does not publish a bed dimension, UVW, cargo carrying capacity or a 20T-specific sleeping-capacity number. The rolling page says the Ethos family sleeps “up to 3,” but that is not proof that the 20T has three belted or sleeping positions.[1][3] Verify the exact coach's federal weight label, cargo-carrying label, window sticker, build sheet, seatbelt count and installed options. The RAM chassis year can differ from the coach model year, so compare both VIN paperwork and the Entegra serial record.
Floorplan and daily-use analysis
Sleeping and seating
The two fixed singles are the reason to choose the 20T. Either traveler can get up without climbing over the other, and the filler makes a wider shared bed when desired. The trade-off is setup hardware and a center infill that deserves an in-person test. A 2022 owner reported needing extra clamps and a footstool to make that generation's conversion workable; that is an individual report about an earlier coach, not proof the 2026 hardware is identical or defective.[10]
The swiveling cab chairs and movable table create a small front living zone. The brochure does not promise extra rear travel seats on the 20T, so do not assume a lounge position is belted merely because it looks seat-like.[1]
Bath, kitchen and storage
The wet bath consolidates shower and toilet space. A magnetic curtain, powered roof vent, mirrored medicine cabinet, bathroom wardrobe with drawers and outside shower are documented.[1] Buyers should physically test shoulder room, toilet clearance and whether wet gear blocks the aisle.
Kitchen capacity is more restrictive. A 3.1-cubic-foot DC refrigerator is much smaller than the 5.3-cubic-foot unit listed for the 20A, and the two-burner cooktop shares a narrow galley with the sink and convection microwave.[1] That works best for frequent grocery stops and simple meals.
Under-bed storage should be useful for soft bags and camping equipment, but Entegra does not publish its dimensions or a 20T payload figure.[1] GVWR is a ceiling, not carrying capacity. Weigh the loaded van by axle before treating the 3,500-pound receiver rating as permission to tow 3,500 pounds.
Utilities and climate use
The standard coach mixes propane, AGM batteries, generator power and a 1,000-watt inverter. The brochure also lists a lithium option with a 7.9-kWh, 48V battery, 3,000W inverter, second alternator, hydronic heat, 48V air conditioner and induction cooktop in place of the standard generator/propane arrangement.[1] Confirm which architecture is actually installed; maintenance, winterization and off-grid expectations differ substantially.
Heated tank pads and the Truma unit help in cold weather, but exposed plumbing, insulation values and a tested temperature rating are not published. “Heated tanks” is not the same as a certified four-season coach.
At 20 feet 11 inches long and 9 feet 3 inches high, the 20T is easier to place than a Class C but is not garage-height or ordinary-car-park friendly.[1] The 83-inch body and awning, vents and roof equipment also demand more clearance than the van silhouette suggests.
What reviewers and owners report
Independent evidence is thinner than the specification sheet, and most detailed reports concern 2021–2024 coaches. We use those accounts as inspection prompts, not as conclusions about every 2026 build.
A Class B Forums thread includes first-person 20T owners discussing inverter limits. One 2022 owner said the microwave and air conditioner did not operate from the inverter and that only some receptacles were inverter-fed; the same person criticized the twin-to-king setup and service support.[10] Those comments fit the 1,000-watt standard-system specification, but the thread does not establish how a 2026 lithium-option coach behaves.[1]
Scrap The Map published a dedicated “1 year / 20k mile” 20T likes-and-dislikes review. That is meaningful long-term-use context rather than a showroom walkaround, although the available page exposed only the title and a general description—not a transcript detailed enough for us to attribute individual findings responsibly.[11] It is embedded below so readers can evaluate the owners' account directly.
Practical takeaway: test the exact bed conversion, map which outlets are inverter-backed, run every major appliance on each available power source, and obtain service-history documentation. The evidence supports those checks; it does not support declaring a universal defect.
New purchase path and prices
MSRP status
We could not verify an official Entegra-published 2026 Ethos 20T MSRP. The current Build & Price route did not expose a retrievable 2026 configuration or price, and the 2026 product URL redirected into the incomplete archive.[2][4]
A specific new 2026 20T at Motor Home Specialist was labeled MSRP $184,605, sale price $109,995, and special price $100,214; stock MHS44605 was marked sold on September 8, 2026.[5] This is dealer-attributed, unit-specific MSRP—not an official base MSRP—and options can explain why it differs from generic guide figures. Taxes, title, registration, freight, preparation, finance products and dealer fees may not be included; request a line-by-line out-the-door worksheet.
Current buying routes
- Check Entegra's ordinary, non-affiliate inventory search for VIN-specific stock.[7]
- Use the official dealer locator and ask more than one dealer for the same build.[6]
- Require the window sticker, options list, coach serial, chassis VIN, cargo label, warranty start date and written fee disclosure before placing a deposit.
The observed new-price example is a dated asking-price snapshot, not a promise that another coach is available at that price.
Used asking-price snapshot
Observed September 17, 2026 UTC. Asking prices are not transaction prices, appraisals or a market-value estimate. Listings can be stale, corrected or removed without notice, and marketplace feeds may duplicate inventory.
| Marketplace / seller | Listing observed | Location | Mileage | Asking price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| General RV | Used 2024 Ethos 20T, stock 363009 | Brownstown, Michigan | 3,767 miles | $89,998 |
| RVInsider marketplace feed linking RV Trader | 2023 Ethos 20T | Longmont, Colorado | Not displayed in captured card | $85,598 |
| RVInsider marketplace feed linking RV Trader | 2023 Ethos 20T | Bevington, Iowa | Not displayed in captured card | $89,000 |
General RV supplied the first listing's year, floorplan, stock number, mileage, location and price.[8] RVInsider's live results supplied the two separately linked 2023 cards and prices; the linked RV Trader detail pages were blocked during retrieval, so mileage and stock numbers could not be independently read.[9] This is a three-listing convenience sample across two marketplace surfaces, not a valuation model.
Used Ethos 20T inspection checklist
- Decode the chassis VIN and separately confirm the Entegra coach model year, serial number and build sheet.
- Enter the full VIN at NHTSA's recall lookup; also ask Entegra and a RAM dealer for completion records because campaigns may attach to either the chassis or completed motorhome.[12]
- Match the federal GVWR label and cargo-carrying label to the actual options; weigh all four corners or at least both axles when travel-loaded.
- Inspect roof penetrations, awning mounts, windows, rear doors, side door and floor edges with a moisture meter; investigate stains or soft material.
- Convert the twin beds to the king and back several times. Confirm every support, clamp, cushion and filler piece is present.
- Sit and lie on both singles; check access to the bath, wardrobe, under-bed storage and emergency exits with the bed made.
- Identify standard AGM/generator or optional 48V lithium architecture from labels—not seller shorthand—and obtain battery age, cycle or test records.
- Run the air conditioner, microwave, refrigerator, outlets and USB ports on shore power, generator or lithium system as applicable; map which outlets are inverter-fed.
- Load-test house batteries and inspect cables, disconnects, inverter, alternator charging, solar controller and automatic generator/engine-start behavior.
- Operate the Truma furnace and water heater, tank heaters, water pump, toilet, shower recirculation, drains and all tank sensors. Check for freeze damage and leaks.
- Inspect propane date/condition and leak-test the gas system on standard coaches; test the induction and hydronic systems on lithium-package coaches.
- Verify refrigerator cooling on its intended power source and inspect door seals and ventilation.
- Check tire DOT dates, sidewalls, spare/inflator provision, brakes, alignment, suspension and evidence of curb or underbody strikes.
- Test RAM safety systems, cameras, infotainment, both keys, folding mirrors and every warning light; obtain chassis service records.
- Inspect hitch installation and wiring, then calculate actual tow capacity from loaded weight, GCWR, hitch rating and axle limits.
- Run the awning, steps/running-board area, screens, roof vents, Firefly controls, lights and every latch. Confirm remotes and manuals.
- Order a title/lien/VIN history check and verify seller identity, odometer disclosure, warranty transfer terms and any salvage, rental or lemon-law history.
- Make the sale contingent on an independent RV inspection plus a chassis inspection by a qualified RAM service facility.
Who should buy, who should skip
Best fit
Choose the 20T if two-person sleep access is the priority, you prefer a gasoline ProMaster to a diesel van, and you can live with small cold-food storage. It also suits travelers who want the choice between a conventional propane/generator system and an all-electric option—provided they verify the exact build.
Skip it if
Look elsewhere if you need a documented third bed and belt, a dry bath, large refrigerator, published high payload, true cold-weather certification, or enough battery capacity to run air conditioning for long periods without active charging. Skip any used unit whose seller cannot explain its electrical configuration or produce weight, recall and water-intrusion evidence.
Alternatives worth seeing in person
- Jayco Swift 20T: closely related twin-bed ProMaster packaging; compare warranty administration, exact equipment and dealer access rather than assuming the brands are identical.
- Winnebago Travato 59K: another rear-twin layout with a mature owner base; compare bed width, galley storage and power package.
- Thor Sequence 20L: a rear-bath ProMaster alternative with a different lounge/sleeping compromise.
- Pleasure-Way Ontour 2.2: longer and typically costlier, but worth seeing if interior room and a different dealer/support network matter more than minimum length.
Bring the same must-fit items and repeat the same bed, bath, outlet and loaded-weight checks in every candidate.
Method, limitations and disclosures
This is desk research, not a road test. RVCamping.info did not drive, own, rent, inspect, weigh, sleep in, purchase or receive an Ethos 20T. Manufacturer material supports specifications and claims; owner material is attributed experience; dealer and marketplace pages support only the observed listing at the timestamp.
The principal limitation is the missing official 2026 product detail page and official MSRP: Entegra's old route redirected, while its rolling page had moved to 2027. The brochure is therefore the strongest model-year specification source, and unresolved fields are labeled instead of imported from another year. Owner evidence mainly covers earlier coaches, and two used cards did not expose mileage in the captured marketplace surface.
All purchase links in this article are ordinary, non-affiliate links. RVCamping.info received no unit, payment or consideration for this review. No RVshare CJ tracking, marketplace lead code or Amazon Associates link is present. Prices and availability can change after the observation time.
