“POV: I was just having fun but ended up in urgent care,” wrote Nikki Johnson in her Instagram post sharing the story behind her recent urgent-care visit. So, what happened? Johnson was on a desert hiking trail when she decided to film a TikTok video that required her to look at the camera while walking backwards and dancing around. It didn’t work out. But I won’t spoil why.

Ouch!! Johnson certainly didn’t see that coming.
In a comment, Johnson provided an update, saying: “My legs and left arm feel like they are covered in cat scratches but the urgent care got all the needles out & Benadryl helped.”
