A video showing a bobcat and a bunny usually isn’t pleasant to watch, since rabbits and other medium-sized prey are a primary source of food for bobcats. However, here’s an exception. A video going viral online shows a bobcat kitten that appears to want to play with the bunny. But does the bunny also want to play, or is it scared stiff?

“Bobcat kitten and bunny . . . is it tag or is it dinner?” wrote Gillian Overholser in an Instagram post sharing a friend’s footage. “I just couldn’t believe how playful that baby bobcat is . . . I know the cynics out there are gonna say that it was just getting ready to do the final deadly pounce, but I don’t know – it looked really like it wanted to play to me!”
